Neapolitan Pizza

Ingredients:
bread:
500 grams of cake flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon instant yeast
250 grams of warm water
2 tablespoons olive oil
sauce:
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
200 grams of tomatoes, shredded

1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon basil
2 teaspoons oregano
topping:
2 tomatoes, cut into small squares
1 green bell pepper, cut into thin half-circle

How to Treat:
